Why do you think you will be successful as a customer onboarding agent at Sprwt?

I think I have developed very good communication skills in my prior experience, meaning I will be able to communicate effectively with potential customers. I'm also open to leanring new skills and improving my abilities through constructuve feedback, so I can get better over time at helping customers start using Sprwt and get their operations up and running. Furthermore, I have an excellent sense of attention to detail. I aim for things to be done or understood correctly first time to minimise problems or difficulties that may arise in the future.

What is your short-term goal and long-term goal with Sprwt?

My short term goal is to become a product expert with Sprwt and be able to make calls, product presentations, and sales. I want to fulfill the expectations for the role and contribute to Sprwt's sales.


In terms of long-term goals, I want to grow my skillset through making sales for Sprwt. I'd like to gain a deeper understanding of the skills and methods involved in making sales and be able to apply those to other areas of work. I think this role will have a high number of transferable skills and I'd like to draw out as many of those as possible.

How long do you think it will take for you to learn how to Onboard your first client?

I think it may take a little while, and I think I'd benefit a great deal from being able to observe the onboarding of a new client if that would be possible. I feel like I've learned a pretty good amount about the onboarding process over the last couple of days. I think a good target to have for being able to onboard my first client would be in about three or four weeks from now.
